Francu Maiznica (or actually it's spelled "franču maiznīcā" with the č and ī Latvian letters) is a cafe and bakery that is located in Berga Bazar (10 minutes walk from the old town)
Coffee is good, fresh juices are great and the cakes are made from natural ingredients.
Recommended is the croissant with cheese (Of course it does, the place is actually French)
The places was opened by Bernard from France who is also a bicycle fan (also in the winter on the ice)
