Is smoking prohibited in Riga restaurants and bars?

Smoking is generally prohibited not only in restaurants but also in parks and other public places.

In some places there are separate halls or places for smoking, but in others smoking is only allowed outside.

If you stand outside and smoke a cigarette there is a chance that another person would address you and ask for a cigarette.
