Food Zone is a Shop of Food and Drinks that is open 24x7 and located in the heart of Old Town one minute walk from Dome Square.
The shop has Sandwiches (with an option to hit them in the microwave), Snacks, Drinks.
It's possible to buy alcoholic drinks after 22:00 but cant take it out of the shop so you can stay in the shop and drink (the shop has a sitting space)
Note: in Riga it's not legal to drink alcohol in the street so if you want to drink alcohol you'll need to be sitting in a bar or Restaurant, if a police person catches you holding a bottle of Beer and drinking it outside you'll have to pay a fine.
