Magpie- the Riga Witch

Legend says that during the 1710 long-term Russian siege there was a Witch who was helping Rigans all the time: the Riga Witch was turning into a magpie every day and flying outside the walls of Riga, spying and helping to the citizens of Riga.

Location: Old Town, Town Hall Square.
